This is a very beautiful photo. The placement of the butterfly is excellent and the wings sweeping off the photo create a feeling of vastness and unlimited beauty. The focal point is perfectly centered on the butterfly's body, from where the dark lines of the wings draw you out to the rest of the photo.

The background colouring is well chosen and compliments the butterfly beautifully. Perhaps my only niggle is there is an outline around the butterfly where i assume a layer mask was applied to exclude the butterfly from the background colour filter, or vice versa. Bringing the mask line in close to the butterfly itself and perhaps blurring the edges of that mask would remove this issue and create a seamless photo. I would also wonder what the photo would look like if the flower was less blown, exposure wise, as it could be argued that it detracts from the butterfly itself. I would need to see an alternative to have a better opinion on that though. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>

Overall this photo is exquisit and i happily spent quite a while studying its beauty. Job well done!
